BALTIMORE (AP) -- A Montgomery County man and woman have been indicted for prostituting young girls in Gaithersburg and Washington.

Federal prosecutors say indictments against 26-year-old Lloyd Royal of Fort George and 26-year-old Angela Bentolila of Potomac were unsealed Tuesday.

U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein says the two created a sex-trafficking scheme where the three girls were drugged using cocaine, PCP, and marijuana or alcohol before having sex in Montgomery County or D.C.

Prosecutors say Royal and Bentolila also forced the girls to sell cocaine from April to May 2007. Authorities say Royal also forced the girls to have sex with him. Bentolila allegedly allowed her home and car to be used for sex with two of the girls. Initial appearances were scheduled Tuesday afternoon. It's not clear if the two have attorneys.
