Man, 36, Killed in Parkton Crash

A 36-year-old man was killed Sunday night after crashing his car into an embankment.

The crash happened at about 11:10 p.m. on Mount Carmel Road near Masemore Road in Parkton.

Police say Richard Winkler crossed the center line and went down into an embankment, flipping his car over several times.

He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
