Frederick Mom is on Wife Swap

Last Update: 3/18/2008 4:32 pm
ยคA Frederick Maryland mom of seven and her family are featured this week in the hit ABC show "Wife Swap".
ABC Two News Jenny Glick sat down with the family today to get a sneak peak on what we can expect. Donna Sharon is the owner of the "Mud Puddle" coffee shop in Frederick. She says after watching the show last November, she wrote in and said she would be interested. A month later--they were off. She ended up being swapped with a mom from Tulsa Oklahoma, whose teenaged son is a champion wrestler. Donna and her family are mostly interested in art and music, and she tried to influence the sports loving family in that direction. The swap may have been hardest on her 17-year-old son CJ. He says Teresa Ketchum didn't see him as unique, and instead worked on trying to turn him into an athlete like her own son. We'll have more on what the family has to say tomorrow night, after the Wife Swap episode airs, on the Latest at Eleven.
