BALTIMORE (AP) -- Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon, on trial for theft, is keeping up a busy public schedule when she is not in the courtroom.
Over the weekend, Dixon is scheduled to appear at a high school fair, the dedication of a park, the distribution of turkeys and the Santa House lighting ceremony in the Inner Harbor.
Dixon's trial began Nov. 9 and the jury began deliberations on Thursday. They will resume Monday morning.
If convicted, Dixon would be tossed out of office.
