Dead Animals Discovered in Freezer

Cecil County officials have declared a Chesapeake City home uninhabitable after nearly 200 cats were found inside, including dozens of dead animals stored in freezers.

Yet again Cecil County SCPCA is failing to do their job. I know this is not the first time they were called to that house due to all the cats. they should have been removed along time ago what shame. I still feel CCSPCA needs new management. They need people in there that care more about the animals then the money. Shame on the CCSPCA.
