Tonight... Cecil county authorities are keeping a close eye on a Chesapeake City house turned into a make shift cat shelter. Janice Brant says she has more than 60 cats and kittens in her home and is caring for them all. Although the SPCA took 23 dead cats from the home that had been frozen until they could be buried.
