Bengies has been there for over 50 years. Royal Farms should put up screening to be a good neighbor. They are coming into the neighborhood and ruining another man's business. That should not be tolerated zoning or not! I will boycott all Royal Farms stores until Bengie's is safe from the glare.

Bengie's is an institution in the Baltimore Metro area, something once it is gone that will never be replaced. Looking at the pictures and video it seems like this problem could be simply fixed with a wall of some kind. Something as simple as a few poles of one sort or another and a canvas. There is no way I can see that the lighting could be eliminated much more and have the Royal Farm Store be safely lit for the type of business it or competitively lit to draw business.
