Frustration and anger is building in Baltimore City. Some side streets have yet to be plowed since Friday’s snow storm.
People living on Chateau Avenue in North Baltimore waited for a plow, but have not seen one, so they dug their own way out. It’s happening on other neighborhood streets as well.
The mayor says the goal is to get a plow on every side street in the city before the next storm hits Tuesday.
