15-Year-Old Charged with Breaking Into Home

Anne Arundel County Police have charged a 15-year-old boy with burglarizing a Riviera Beach home Tuesday.

Officers were called to the home in the 800-block of Fernhill Road shortly before 4 p.m. The homeowner told police someone broke into the house and took a number of items.

Police were able to identify the suspect immediately as a boy who lived in the area. He was found and taken in for questioning.

The teen is charged as a juvenile with first, third and fourth degree burglary and theft.

The suspect is not being identified because he is a minor.
