One person is killed in a fire at a vacant rowhome in Southeast Baltimore. The fire started around 9pm Sunday night on Carey Street.
Firefighters say they had a tough time fighting the fire, because the house was boarded up. They had to tear down plywood, just to get inside.
When they got in, they found 2 people unconscious. Both were taken to the hospital. One died.
A firefighter was also burned. He's expected to be okay.
Investigators are trying to figure out how the fire started and what those 2 people were doing inside the house.
