Today is the final day for early voting in Maryland. Gov. Martin O'Malley adjusted the week of voting due to poll closings on Monday and Tuesday. Today is the add-on day to cover for the earlier cancellations, and polls will be opened from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. If you don't make it to polls today, don't forget to vote on Nov. 6.

A Baltimore City police officer has been charged with eight criminal counts. Investigators say he lied about a fictitious drug buy and interfered with an investigation. Among the charges, Detective Adam A. Lewellen faces four counts of misconduct in office.
