Hampden HalloweenFest

What: Annual Hampden HalloweenFest invites guests to dress in your favorite DIY costume and head to The Avenue. Costumed children can trick-or-treat between 5-6 p.m. and a costume contest will take place between 6:30-8 p.m.

When: Monday, Oct. 31 from 5 -8 p.m.

Where: The Avenue in Hampden, 36th Street, Baltimore

 

Fall-O-Ween Country Fair

What: Family-friendly, not-so-scary fall event. Dress in your favorite costume and enjoy dozens of scheduled activities

When: Saturday, Oct. 29 

Where: Port Discovery Children's Museum

 

Federal Hill-O-Ween Bar Crawl

What: Come to Federal Hill in your favorite costumes for drink specials at 14 local bars.

When: Saturday, Oct. 29

Where: Registration is from 5-10 p.m at Mother's Federal Hill Grille

 

Great Halloween Lantern Parade & Festival

What: Creative Alliance's Artesanas Mexicanas invite you to learn the traditions of Dia de los Muertos and celebrate life.

Saved by the 90s Halloween Bash

What: Party with tons of 90s music from The Bayside Tigers. Come dressed in costume.

When: Saturday, Oct. 29. Doors open at 7 a.m.

Dundalk Family Fall Festival

What: 7th annual Family Fall Festival features scarecrow making, pumpkin decorating, kids' activities, live music, face painters and trick-or-treating

Valley of the Haunted

What: Deep in the woods of northern Harford County, the attraction features a 1.2 mile walking trail through the woods with ghosts and zombies.

Trick-or-treating in Downtown Bel Air

What: Dress up in costume and head to Downtown Bel Air for trick-or-treating, a dog costume contest and Halloween ComicFest

Tales and Treats

What: See Steppingstone's historic haunts and ghosts. Take a lantern-lit walk around the grounds, enjoy a bonfire with s'mores and hot cider.

Ellicott City Haunted House

What: Non-profit haunted house to raise funds for Ellicott City community.

Grown Up Trick-or-Treating

What: The merchants of Savage Mill will be offering drinks, snacks activities and prizes for adults.
