Getting kids to eat healthy or make healthy food choices is difficult--especially in a world of fast and convenient.

The top culprits include pizza, Mexican food, savory snacks and cheese.

Courtney Ferreira, a nutritionist who works with pediatric patients at the University of Maryland Medical Center, joined In Focus to discuss how to limit salt from children's diets.
