A young woman from Curtis Bay refused to allow something to happen that she felt would hurt her neighborhood. Now, she's receiving critical acclaim.

Destiny Watford was a high school student when she led the charge to keep a trash incinerator out of Curtis Bay. She won the Goldman Environmental Prize, an award that only goes to one person on each continent.

Watford was just named one of the "12 Next Generation Leaders" by Time Magazine. She joined Kelly Swoope on ABC2's In Focus to discuss her activism.
