The American Psychological Association just released a report, "Stress in America: Coping with Change."

The report found that on a scale of 1 to 10, stress levels among Americans are at 5.1, up from 4.8 just 6 months ago.

It's the first significant increase in the 10 years since the survey began. Overall, more than 60 percent of Americans say they're stressed about the future of the country.

Joe Gonzalez with Robert-Half Baltimore joined ABC2's In Focus to discuss how politics are affecting Americans' stress levels.
