Preventing breast cancer for women under 40

Seven percent of breast cancer patients are under age 40.

For women under 40, self breast exams are particularly important because most are not getting annual mammograms. 

Dr. Suman Rao, the director of thoratic medical oncology at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center and MedStar Health Bel Air Medical Campus joined ABC2's In Focus to discuss treatment and prevention options for women under 40.
