Maryland's Medical Cannabis Commission announced Monday which applicants received preliminary marijuana licenses. ForwardGro is one of the lucky winners.
That was just the first phase. Now applicants have to go through another extensive review before the license is finalized. It could be half a year before patients can pick up their medical marijuana prescription at the nearest pharmacy.
