The Harford County Youth & Family Resource Festival takes place Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Harford Community College in Bel Air. It runs from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
You can learn about everything from summer camps to pre-school programs. Dozens of vendors will be on hand. And there will be workshops and activities for children.
