Man says e-cigarette exploded in his face

E-cigarettes are becoming an increasingly popular replacement to traditional cigarettes.

Whether they're a safer alternative health-wise remains to be seen, but a Cecil County man says his e-cigarette posed another kind of danger.

Dwayne Cahill says he was driving while smoking his e-cigarette when it got extremely hot and the battery blew out.

 He says the end of the battery hit him in the face and that it could have been much worse.
