Now that the weather is warming up, it's time to get out the grill.
If it's been a while since you've used it, you may want to double-check your grill before lighting it up. Check the gas line for leaks.
Tighten all of your connections before turning on the gas. You can find the leak by covering the line in soapy water.
If there is a leak, get a professional to fix it. Remove the grease and fat buildup in trays below the grill, so it isn't ignited by a hot grill.
You can even pull out the grates and scrape the inside of the grill, then vacuum the debris that is left behind.
