Water helps you get a healthier mindset

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) -- A new study suggests a relatively easy way to get children to eat more vegetables, serve water with meals.

Experts at the University of Oregon say research has found people correlate a glass of water with healthy food, and sugary drinks with items from convenience stores and fast-food restaurants.

Researchers say preschool children ate a lot more vegetables when they drank water instead of soda. One study author says told The Register-Guard newspaper that drinking water with dinner can give kids a healthier mindset.
