Unplugging after work

Cell phones have benefits, but there is a downside too.

When it comes to work, the smartphone has made it harder to unwind and unplug at home.

Doctors say too many of us don't leave work at work, and it is affecting our health.

A new poll from the American Psychological Association shows more than half of people surveyed say work interferes with their family.

They also report headaches, irritability, anger and fatigue.

Doctors recommend giving yourself a chunk of time, especially before going to bed, without any screens.

That includes computers, smartphones, tablets, TV and other devices.
