Summer a good time to get active w/ kids

Whether it's a softball field or just a field behind your house, summer is the perfect time to teach young kids about how important it is to play outside.

The CDC recommends kids get at least an hour of physical activity.

A recent study shows kids that have gym class at school are more likely to be stronger as they get older.

But in the summer, it's up to parents to make sure their kids are staying active.
