Soccer club bans high five amid flu outbreak

Players of one sports league are being asked not to do their celebratory high fives due to the flu outbreak.

Parents of the Manhattan Youth Soccer Club in New York were sent an email informing them of the ban.

The Club says it's just trying to keep flu germs from spreading.

They have also asked players not to do the end of the game handshakes.

Kids can however touch elbows.

Some parents say kids should just be encouraged to wash their hands.

Nearly 20,000 cases of the flu have been reported in New York,  two children have died.
