Study after study has shown the heart-healthy effects of red wine, in moderation. Now, new research suggests non-alcoholic red wine may be even better for you.
In a small study, 67 men were asked to drink non-alcoholic red wine. Researchers found that the wine dropped the men's blood pressure enough to cut their risk of heart disease by 14% and stroke by 20%.
Scientists think the polyphenols in the wine may be the real key.
