If you're trying to get pregnant, you may need to ease up on your workout.
A study published in the journal "Fertility and Sterility" looked at more than 3,600 Danish women ages 18 to 40 who were trying to get pregnant.
It found healthy women engaged in high-intensity exercise like running, cycling, swimming, and aerobics may be cutting down the odds of conception.
The only group that such high intensity exercise helped were overweight and obese women.
But the study did find moderate exercise like walking and golfing did help women get pregnant faster.
