The secret to weight loss: Hula Hooping

If you're trying to lose weight, you might want to steal a toy from your kids. The Hula Hoop could help you drop pounds. 

According to Good Morning America, the method is called Hoopnotica. It's even being embraced by celebrities. Kelly Osbourne says she lost 70 pounds working out with a Hula Hoop. Jackie Hesley became a certified hula hoop instructor after losing about 50 pounds.

"It is cardio, and strength training, you're using all your core muscles.  You can burn up to 600 calories in an hour, moving your arms in and out, and coming up." 

 If you want to try Hoopnotica, there are instructors all over the country. You don't need an instructor to try it out.

Just grab a hula hoop and get started on your own.
