Chocolate may lower risk of strokes in men

There is good news for men's arterial health.  It turns out chocolate could help lower the risk of stroke in men.

A new study out of Sweden finds men who eat a moderate amount of chocolate each week are less likely to have a stroke.

Doctors say the antioxidants in chocolate are the important ingredient.

Chocolate is a good source of flavonoids, which are antioxidants that can help protect the arteries.

In order to get those antioxidants from chocolate, doctors recommend choosing dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
