Certain genes may be connected to niceness

A new study finds your DNA may be partly responsible for how nice you are.

According to HealthDay News, researchers found a connection between people who are kind and versions of receptor genes for two hormones believed to be associated with niceness.

Researchers say people who found the world threatening were less likely to help others unless they had certain versions of genes.

The study was conducted by the University at Buffalo and the University of California-Irvine.
