Brickover Boot Camp returns for 2013!


The annual Brickover boot camp is back. ABC2's Lauren Cook will test out several classes offered at Brick Bodies, as she gears up for her wedding day.

The first challenge? Baltimore Barre. It incorporates dance and Pilates, while helping to tone your arms, legs and core. Participants can burn up to 600 calories in each hour-long session.
