Boston Market tries to cut back sodium, getting rid of salt shakers

Banning salt shakers

You'll soon be hard pressed to find salt shakers on the tables at Boston Market. The fast food chain says it is going to get rid of them.

The restaurant, and other fast-food joints, has come under fire for high sodium content.  Boston Market says it plans to cut the salt in some menu items in the next six months.

Boston Market says the pepper shakers are staying and salt will still be available at the beverage stations.
