Towson University will be closed Saturday and Sunday with classes canceled Monday, according to a tweet from the school.
Move-in day has been postponed until Monday, Jan. 25.
Spring semester classes are now set to begin on Tuesday, Jan. 26., due to the impending snow conditions.

Meanwhile, Morgan State University said Thursday morning it's allowing students to begin moving into the dorms early. Dorms opened at 8 a.m. Thursday.
Most of the Maryland area is currently under a blizzard watch until Sunday morning.
