Patterson Mill High School in Harford County, Excel Academy and Harford Heights Elementary School, both in Baltimore City, will be closed Tuesday.
Air conditioning failures at each of the schools prompted the closure. All scheduled summer school and summer programs for Tuesday are canceled.
