The last day of school is set in Baltimore County after the state approved a waiver for four days missed because of winter weather.
Baltimore County superintendent of schools, Dallas Dance is recommending a final day of June 16 for students and the school board is expected to approve it.
"We are appreciative for the approval of these four days from State Superintendent Lillian Lowery and for the state's flexibility during what has been an unusually difficult winter for schools," Dance said in a release.
Baltimore County Public Schools were closed nine days this winter because of inclement weather. Seven inclement weather days were built into the school year.
The last day of school will vary by jurisdiction.
Harford County’s final day is June 12, Carroll County schools get out June 13, Baltimore City will finish June 16, Anne Arundel’s final day is June 18 and Howard County’s last day of school for students will be June 20.
