JOPPA - A Bel Air man was shot in the arm outside a tattoo shop in Joppa Tuesday night, police said.
Around 10:20 p.m. Ryan Jay Kerrigan, 28, was walking from Stone House Tattoos to his car in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway when two men attacked him, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.
Kerrigan fought back and was shot once in the arm during the scuffle, police said.
He was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center for treatment of injuries that were not life-threatening.
His attackers are described as men, one wearing a white shirt and the other wearing a white and yellow shirt.
The shooting is under investigation
