Investigators believe Matthew Allen Spencer of Baltimore was leaving the store that night and passed Eason as he was entering. The two exchanged words and gestures and Spencer turned around to back into the store to confront Spencer.
According to police, Eason pulled out a gun and fired it hitting Spencer in the side of the face.
Spencer was treated at Shock Trauma and later released.
Police don't think Spencer and Eason knew each other before the shooting and are continuing to investigate.
