Mall flasher caught on surveillance tape

Police in Howard County are asking for your help to identify a man who was seen exposing himself at the Mall in Columbia.
After reviewing surveillance video, police spotted the image of a man who was reportedly exposing himself near a group of girls on Sunday, January 13 at about 4:30 p.m.
Police were called to the mall when a woman reported seeing the man acting in a suspicious manner, staring at and following a group of girls. She told police that he was carrying a coat over his arm, hanging in front of his pants.
As he walked by the woman, she could see that the man's genitals were exposed and he was touching himself.
The woman told police that the man followed the girls and sat down in the food court when the girls also sat in the same area. A second witness reported the same man to a mall security guard.
The man is described as a white male in his 50s, about 5'9" to 6' tall, 250 pounds with dark brown hair with some gray, thinning on top and parted on the side. He is also described as having thick eyebrows, square glasses and protruding teeth.
The man was wearing a short blue corduroy jacket with a wool collar, a black t-shirt with an unknown design on the front, gold or tan corduroy pants and a black belt.
Anyone with any information is asked to call police at 410-313-3700.
