A female victim was stabbed by her boyfriend in a domestic dispute Saturday morning.
Police arrived to the 300 block of Stevens Circle and heard an intense verbal altercation from inside the residence.
The female victim opened the door and was holding a bloody towel.
Police found there was an argument between the victim and her boyfriend 19- year-old Antony Smith that turned physical.
Smith was found inside of a bed room in the residence and refused to exit.
Police moved to the rear of the apartment where they found Smith had exited through a window and was running.
He was apprehended without incident and the victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Smith is charged with first- and second- degree assault, and reckless endangerment.
Both the victim and Smith reside together.
