A Baltimore County woman who killed her husband and dumped his body in Abidngon was sentenced to life in prison.

The Harford County State's Attorney's Office said Lauren Valiquet pled guilty to the first degree murder of her husband, Travis Best.
Court documents show that on the night of August 5, 2015 Valiquet and her boyfriend, Walter Dorsey, lured Best to a meeting behind a shopping center in Parkville. The pair killed Best and left his body near the Elks Lodge in Abingdon where it was found a week later.
Dorsey was convicted of conspiracy to commit first degree murder and is awaiting sentencing.
