The teenager accused of stabbing students with a diabetic needle Thursday at Fallston High has been charged with 23 counts of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office said Friday that 23 victims were identified. The 15-year-old male student accused of stabbing the students also faces one count of disrupting school operations.
Because he is a juvenile, the Sheriff's Office didn't identify him.
