Update:  The Harford County Sheriff's Office has identified three of the four suspects are now in custody.

21-year-old Andrew Burkins of Bel Air, 20-year-old John Hefner of Fallston and 19-year-old Colby Ogrysko of Forest Hill all face charges of Attempted 1st Degree Rape, Attempted 2nd Degree Rape, 2nd Degree Assault, Harassment and related charges in this incident.

They are all being held at the Harford County Detention Center on no bail.

22-year-old Joshua Burkins of Bel Air has now been served a criminal summons in connection with this case, but he faces lesser charges than the others of Harassment as a Course of Conduct and Telephone Misuse

The allegations all involve a single member of the Fallston Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Company---a 17-year old male and an assault, along with an ongoing pattern of harassment between June and November of this year.

Sources with the Harford County Sheriff's Office say it was at the firehouse on Carrs Mill Road where the alleged victim became a target for an attempted first-degree rape and ongoing harassment that culminated with another incident less than three weeks ago.

The target of the abuse---a young man who is just 17 years old.

With warrants and summons outstanding against four other current and former members of the company, those facing charges have not been identified, but we're told they are all males ranging in age from 19 years old to their early twenties.

Since the allegations surfaced last week, the company has suspended all of the accused active members, and they are banned from coming on the property.

In a statement, Fire Chief Will Rosenberg said, "...we remain focused and vigilant in rooting out and removing anyone from our ranks who engages in illegal, immoral or unethical behavior."

He goes on to say, "Personally, I am both angry and disgusted by the assertions as the alleged behavior is not acceptable by any standard, particularly the highly principled threshold we demand among or members."

We're told Chief Rosenberg immediately notified the Harford County Sheriff's Office when he learned that a crime or a series of crimes had occurred, and within a week's time, investigators had secured charges against three active members and one former volunteer.
