Police: Man stabbed in altercation

ABERDEEN, Md. (WMAR) -  

Aberdeen Police are investigating a stabbing that took place at an Exxon Station last night. 
 
Officers responded to the Exxon on N. Philadelphia Boulevard at about 9:30 p.m. for reports for the stabbing. 
 
Once on the scene, officers found Vincelah L. Hayes, 41, suffering from several stab wounds. 
 
It has been determined that Hayes was involved in an altercation with two two subjects over a female. During the fight he was stabbed several times in the back. 
 
Hayes was taken to a local hospital for treatment and is expected to survive. 
 
The two suspects have been identified and criminal charges are pending.
