Howard County Police arrest four Baltimore teens for stealing a van and dirt bikes in Ellicott City.

Around 6:37 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to the Motorsports business located at the 3200 block in Bethany Lane.

Witnesses told police that several teens were removing dirt bikes from the store, loading them into a van and attempting to flee the area.

After a brief pursuit, the vehicle was disabled and the suspects fled on foot.

Police said officers quickly located the suspects and arrested them.

During the investigation, police discovered the van used in the robbery was reported stolen.

Detectives are investigating if the teens are connected to a similar incident at Motorsports on April 14.

Three of the teens are 16 and one is 15, all of Baltimore, according to police.

The suspects are charged with motor vehicle theft, burglary, destruction of property and fleeing while eluding police.
