One man is dead, and another in police custody following a shooting Thursday afternoon in Edgewood.
Police arrested Derek Holder, 51, of Edgewood and charged him with multiple murder and assault charges in connection to the death of Charles Pugh.
According to police, Thursday afternoon Pugh and Holder had an argument in the 600 block of Harrpark Court. The argument escalated and Holder shot at Pugh several times as he sat in his SUV. The car then accelerated backwards and hit a truck at the intersection of Harrpark Court and Cedar Drive.
Pugh was taken to Shock Trauma where he died of his injuries.
Holder was arrested without incident is being held at the Harford County Detention Center without bail.
