Detectives arrested a man they say was tied to two robberies of the same Abingdon Walgreens in August.

On August 1, deputies from the Harford County Sheriff's Office responded to the Walgreens pharmacy located in the 3000 block of Emmorton Road for reports of an armed robbery.  No one was injured during the robbery, but the suspect got away with an undisclosed prescription medication, police said.

Then on August 26, officers were again dispatched to the same Walgreens for reports of an armed robbery.  The suspect got away with more prescription medication and again no one was injured, according to police.

Through an investigation, detectives were able to determine both robberies were committed by 23-year-old Joseph White.

In October, a district court commissioner issued a warrant for White's arrest charging him with two counts armed robbery and other related charges.

White was arrested on January 6 at the Harford County Circuit Courthouse.

The suspect is currently being held at the Harford County Detention Center on no bond, police said.
