A man is arrested after leading state police on a chase on I-95 in Harford County.
Police said an officer tried to pull over a driver who was weaving in and out of lanes in a stolen BMW Sunday morning. The driver took exit 74 for Mountain Road, lost control, hit a curb and came to a stop.
Two officers arrested the man and he refused medical attention at the scene.
The car was taken to storage and the owner was notified.
