Man charged with exposing himself at Chuck E. Cheese

BEL AIR, Md. - Police arrested a 67-year-old man who witnesses say was exposing himself in the children's play area of Chuck E. Cheese in Bel Air.

Officers were called to the Chuck E. Cheese in the Festival at Bel Air at around 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Three young girls pointed out William Edward Lowry and told the officers he exposed his genitalia in front of them.

Officers approached Lowry, who was sitting in a booth, and asked him to get up. He refused and was then helped out of his seat by officers.

Police say Lowry continued to fight them. He was eventually placed under arrest.

While at the restautaunt, Chuck E. Cheese handed him a letter banning him from ever coming back.

Lowry was taken to the Harford County Detention Center. He is charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
