If your kids are playing at a park and someone in a car pulls up and offers them treats to get in, what do you think they would do? That's an actual question a lot of parents are going to be asking after the situation happened in Bel Air.
The playground next to Red Pump Elementary is where a man in a navy blue Chevrolet Silverado pulled up Sunday night, likely with nefarious intent.
"I was shocked. You live in your little bubble and you think nothings going to happen there, but it does," said Elise Andrews, a parent who was at the park Friday evening with her kids and heard what happened.
The man, who is believed to be in his 20's, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Department, pulled up to a brother and sister telling them he was looking for his lost dog before offering candy.
A suspicious parent scared the man off.

The parents of the children said once they heard what was going on, they ran from their nearby home and blocked the man in at the parking lots only exit, so he drove to the other end of the parking lot where a locked gate blocks the exit and drove over grass before jumping the curb and driving away.
His license plate was not recorded.
"We didn't come outside, we just utilized the gym," said Julie Munroe, who is the director at a nearby YMCA.
Munroe said she kept her kids away from the park until Wednesday, only returning until she felt it was safe.
Andrews encouraged parents to have candid conversations with their children.
"Our family is always very honest about everything. I try to prepare them for situations and talk to them about 'these things happen,' she said.
The sheriff's department said the incident was just the second in a year for the county.
