A sticker on a car outside of Aja Terry's Edgewood home reads "Got twins?"  Sadly, no more for the 26 year old.

The Harford County Sheriff's Office accuses her and her live-in boyfriend, Keith Griffin, of killing her three-month-old son.

"They're helpless.  You don't want to do that to a small baby," said Elena Flores, a neighbor.

Neighbors we spoke to on Eloise Lane did not know the family very well, but they now know more than they can comprehend.

Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler accuses Terry and Griffin of killing Aaman Perez.

"… consist of fractures and injury to the skull, much more than the reported choking,” said Sheriff Gahler.

Sheriff Gahler says Griffin called 911 last Wednesday morning, reporting the child choking.  Deputies performed CPR and got a pulse back, but Perez died at the hospital.

The sheriff says Gahler is a registered nurse in DE.

"Certainly, a trained health professional, if nothing else, should have known the extent to which these two three-month-old babies are being abused," said Sheriff Gahler.

Perez's twin brother was injured but is expected to survive.  He and their five-year-old brother are in foster care.

The sheriff says Terry and Griffin left the area.  She was picked up early Sunday morning by the New Castle County Police Department in DE.  Griffin is still wanted.

"That's a tremendous loss to lose any sibling.  You really don't know what it feels like until it happens to you personally," said Clarence Miller, Jr., a neighbor.

Terry and Griffin face the same charges that relate to the death of the baby and the injuries of his brother.  The most serious is first degree murder.

Sheriff Gahler says it's believed Griffin is the main contributor to the baby’s death.

So far, no tips have come in on Griffin's whereabouts.  Investigators say he has ties to CT.

If you know where Griffin is located, you're asked to call Detective Yeagy:  443-409-3420.
