Harford County sheriff's deputies are investigating a suspicious man seen luring children on a Bel Air school playground.
The Sheriff's Office said that on Feb. 19, deputies responded to the Red Pump Elementary School for a reported man approaching children on the playground.
When deputies arrived, they discovered that the man had approached a 10-year-old girl and 15-year-old boy and attempted to lure the children into his navy blue Chevrolet Silverado.
A witness saw his interaction with the children and approached the car, but he left the area. The witness wasn't able to locate a license plate.
The unidentified driver is described as a white man with dark hair in his 20s.
